PARKING AT BLU WATERS 1. Guests¿ parking is provided in the Secure Garage at Blu Waters, to obtain the remote controller for the garage door refer to the document How to Get Keys. 2. The garage can accommodate 2 x large cars (i.e. Holden Commodore). 3. Under NO circumstances are guests to park on the COMMON AREA in front of the garages; please beware we share the COMMON AREA with our neighbour next door Unit 2. Please be respectful to their access and don¿t block the driveway. 4. When the number of guests requires additional parking they should utilise STREET PARKING and park their cars in the street in front of Blu Waters.
